Booking Procedures Your booking will be handled by our internet booking office run by EWP in the
UK. EWP not only run the Zara internet bookings but also are actively involved
with program development with Zara. The EWP team of Tanzanian experts are
available to advise and help you design or choose your program. EWP Booking Conditions will apply and your contract will be with EWP, protected by their UK ATOL licence and/or bond; and also by Zara IATA and TATO membership. EWP will also help you with your airport transfers from either Nairobi or
Kilimanjaro Airport; and with other services such as accommodation in Nairobi. To avoid disappointment:
♦ For high seasons (Christmas - New Year and July - August) please
book well in
advance.
♦ Please do not arrive at Springlands without having a prior, fully
paid-up booking. |
